Sheryl is a Spiritual Director, Ignatian guide, and Spiritual Direction Supervisor. She received her Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation and Spiritual Direction Certification from Portland Seminary, trained as an Ignatian Guide through Wellsprings, and completed her Spiritual Direction Supervision training through the Companioning Center. Sheryl companions both individuals and small groups in Spiritual Direction, Ignatian Exercises, or Supervision.
Before becoming a Spiritual Director, Sheryl served on a church staff in women’s ministry, adult discipleship, leader development, and executive leadership. She also has experience working in business and missions/nonprofit organizations. She received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, Martin, their adult children, and friends. She enjoys swimming, hiking, reading, and deep conversations. She lives in Grapevine,Texas (near Dallas/Fort Worth).
