The Ignatian Spiritual Exercises - Individual
-
No previous experience with Ignatian Exercises or spirituality is required. All that is needed is a desire to grow closer to God and a willingness to make space for prayer.
-
Are you longing for a deeper relationship with God? Do you desire greater clarity, freedom, and attentiveness to God's presence in your daily life?
I (Steve) invite you to journey through the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises, a prayerful path developed by St. Ignatius of Loyola that has helped Christians discern God's voice and grow in spiritual freedom for nearly five centuries.
As a spiritual director, I accompany individuals through the Exercises, offering prayer guidance, spiritual conversation, and support as you listen for God's invitations in your life. Whether you are seeking discernment, spiritual renewal, or a deeper experience of God's love, the Exercises provide a structured yet deeply personal way to encounter Christ.
Originally the Spiritual Exercises were written to be offered as a 30 day directed retreat. But, because most lay people could not get away for that length of time, Ignatius added the Retreat in Daily Life (sometimes referred to as the "19th Annotation") which allows the Spiritual Exercises to be given in daily life over 32 weeks.
Come and see what God may be inviting you to discover.

This 32 week journey includes:
